Hacky New Years! (hehe) Do you know what the New Year means?… BLUEPRINT IS BACK! 🎉 That’s right! Blueprint will be happening in-person this year March 2–3.
Ready for an exciting weekend of learning, collaborating, and hacking? :0 Apply for Blueprint here!
Here is more information about Blueprint! You can also find out more on our website at blueprint.hackmit.org.
🤖 What?
Blueprint 2024 is a weekend-long learnathon and hackathon for high school students hosted at MIT. Over the course of Blueprint, you'll learn coding skills from MIT students, form a team, and work on a cool computer science project with the support of our mentors! After Blueprint, you'll not only have a project under your belt but also the tools to do so much more.
🤖 Who?
All high schoolers are eligible (those from the Boston area are especially encouraged)! Blueprint is open to all skill levels, from first-time coders to veteran hackers!
BTW! If you’re no longer in high school, but you’d like to participate in Blueprint, we encourage you to sign up as a volunteer mentor and/or judge — you’ll get access to the same resources (and swag!) as hackers. Email help@hackmit.org if you’re interested!
🤖 When?
Blueprint is March 2–3! Applications are due February 5!
🤖 Where?
Blueprint will take place entirely on MIT’s campus, at the Tang Center and the Media Lab!
🤖 Why (should I go)?
You’ll learn cool computer science tools, make new friends, get free food & swag, and all around have a fun time!!
Other questions? Feel free to email us at help@hackmit.org or to just say hi :)
Until the next newsletter, hackers! (P.S. look forward to our announcement of competition tracks in our upcoming newsletter :o)
Best,
The HackMIT Team
